NB Currently the actions are the same as the broad classes of action and policy intervention already in the main edu/a2k document. The idea was to structure and expand the actions and policy interventions into 3 tiers matching the mission: (1) developing a culture of sharing, (2) educational innovation, and (3) Efficiency and sustainability. However, the degree of overlap is high and it is difficult to restructure them that way. One option is to simply omit this appendix (as the information is already in the main document). At a later date the exercise can be taken further with specific actions with roles, responsibilities and time lines.
